Lighting Control.
Light influences our wellbeing, concentration and sleep every day. Light activates people and significantly impacts their health. The right lighting installation therefore plays a decisive role in creating the perfect home. We are happy to advise you on the various options.
Pool Control.
Your own pool is a place of relaxation that shouldn't become a nuisance – yet reality often looks different. Smart automated pool control saves you time and money. If something isn't right, you'll receive a notification on your app immediately and can react accordingly.
Presence Simulation
Prevention is the best protection – with a smart presence simulation you reduce the risk of becoming a target for burglars. Via remote access to your security cameras you always know the status of your property. Automated notifications on your smartphone upon motion detection give you the ability to react quickly.
Smart Access System
Assign individual codes or mini-keys to family, guests or service staff – these can be individually programmed. For example, you give your cleaning staff a mini-key that grants access between 9:00-18:00 to all rooms except the home office. With the logging function you always have an overview of when someone entered or left the building. With the Loxone Intercom, your access system is expanded with video and voice: visitors ring at the door, you see live who is outside, and you can speak directly via the app – even when you are not on-site. If needed, you can open the gate or front door with a tap and maintain full control at all times.
Smart Heating Control
With intelligent heating control, your home regulates temperature automatically based on time, presence and weather. Your rooms are comfortably warm exactly when you use them, while in absence heating is reduced to what is truly needed. In the Loxone app, you can adjust zones, target temperatures and schedules at any time. The system can also detect open windows, lower heating output during vacancy and start comfort mode in time for your return. Especially for holiday properties in Mallorca, remote access gives you full control at any time: preheat before arrival and avoid unnecessary consumption while the property is unused. The result is a consistently comfortable indoor climate, fewer manual adjustments and sustainably lower energy costs.
Intelligent Energy Management
Maximize the efficiency of your property with smart energy management. From off-grid solutions with battery storage to intelligent wallbox control and automatic load management – your home only consumes energy when it's cheapest and uses your self-consumption optimally. Loxone monitors your photovoltaic system's output in real-time and intelligently distributes surplus energy to consumers like wallbox, heat pump or pool – before it's fed into the grid. Combined with battery storage, you achieve maximum self-sufficiency and sustainably reduce your electricity costs.
